Read the Counter Proliferation Programme Guidance for information on the government’s approach to counter proliferation and guidance on how to apply under the Call for Bids. To be eligible, projects can be single state, multi-country, regional or global in scope.

Your project proposal must include your completed project proposal form and a full activity-based budget.

We encourage you to discuss project ideas with the relevant policy leads in the Counter Proliferation and Arms Control Centre (CPACC) before submitting bids. To find out who the relevant policy lead is, or for any other questions, email CounterProliferation.Programme@fcdo.gov.uk.

  1. Due to a large number of bids received, the date for issuing results has been extended to the end of April 2023.

  2. Updated to include dates for submitting bids in the 2023 to 2024 bidding process

  5. Programme currently suspended until further notice: update regarding the bidding process will be announced soon.
