Details

The 19+ allocations technical guidance sets out how we calculate funding allocations for the 2024 to 2025 funding year for:

apprenticeships non-levy procured

We aim to publish further information on how we calculate funding for the following funding streams when we start to issue allocations in March 2024.

ESFA adult skills fund (ASF)
advanced learner loans facilities and bursaries
apprenticeships carry-in (non-procured)

We have updated section 12 ‘Apprenticeships carry-in (non-procured)’ ready for the release of these allocations.

We have updated section 9 ‘ESFA adult skills fund contract for services (procured from August 2023)’, and also section 5 ‘business case process’ with business case deadlines, now that we have issued these allocations.We have also updated figures 1 and 2 for clarity.
