UK commits support to Ukraine at OSCE foreign ministers' meeting
UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy tells foreign ministers, in Malta before the OSCE Ministerial Council, that the UK will support Ukraine for as long as it's needed.
The Foreign Secretary said, at a meeting of foreign ministers in Skopje before the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Ministerial Council, that Russian attacks on Ukraine were intensifying, and that Russia was drawing Iran and DPRK further into their illegal war in Europe.
He added that all participating States of the OSCE should be supporting Ukraine as much as possible, for as long as it was needed.
He concluded by saying that the principles of Helsinki Final Act and UN Charter were non-negotiable and that security in Europe hinged on all States to stand up to Putin’s aggression.
