Form you need to complete
The form you need to complete depends on whether you are aapplying solicitor,as aan regulatedindividual professional or as a trust corporation.
If you are aapplying solicitoras oran regulatedindividual, professional, you will need to complete and send the panel deputy application form. Applicants must be one of the following:
- solicitors regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA)
- accountants regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants In England and Wales (ICAEW) or the Association of Chartered Certificated Accountants (ACCA)
- financial advisors regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
- charities regulated by the Charity Commission
If you are a trust corporation, you will need to complete and send the trust corporation application form.
You must complete and send the relevantcompleted form to the deputy support team at supportteam@publicguardian.co.ukopgpaneldeputysupportteam@publicguardian.co.uk by 216 May 2025.
You are advised to keep a copy of your completed form for your own records.
