School resource management advisers (SRMAs)(SRMAs) are accredited sector experts thatwho provide peer-to-peer advice to schools and academy trusts on using revenue and capital resources to deliverprovide the best possible educational outcomes for pupils.

One-to-one mentoring

As part of the SRMA programme, there is a free, one-to-one mentoring programme for school business managers, school finance managers and chief financial and operating officers. The programme is designed to build your knowledge, ability and confidence through establishing a supportive peer-to-peer relationship. Places are limited.
