DCMS is providing £750,000 of grant funding to a delivery partner to provide expert guidance and support to local authorities to build back their lost capability in the youth space, sowing the seeds for a much-needed rejuvenation of local youth services as part of the Local Youth Transformation (LYT) Pilot.

This grant will provide resource funding only to be utilised in the Financial Year 2025/26. DCMS will cover administration costs up to 6% of the total funding awarded.

An assessment panel, appointed by DCMS, will review bids from eligible organisations using the evaluation criteria to determine the successful applicant.

Complete the application form and email it to youthrevenue@dcms.gov.uk with the subject line: ‘Grant Application- [organisation name]- Delivery Partner- Local Youth Transformation Pilot’.

Applications close 11:59pm Wednesday 7 May 2025

DCMS will hold a clarification meeting from 2 to 3pm on Tuesday 15 April 2025 via Google Meets. If you would like to attend please contact youthrevenue@dcms.gov.uk.

Clarification questions may be sent to youthrevenue@dcms.gov.uk up until 11:59pm 17 April 2025, after which no more will be responded to.
