This Mid-Tier Contract schedule can be used to incorporate any Departmental-specific terms that you want to include in your procurement. Additional terms required by MOD buyers are included as an example. If using these, MOD buyers should specify the appropriate DEFCONS and DEFFORMS in the Annex.
