This Mid-Tier Contract schedule can be used to incorporate any Departmental-specific terms that you want to include in your procurement. MOD buyers should specify the appropriate DEFCONS and DEFFORMS in the Annex. HMRC Buyers should use the HMRC terms. Other Buyers should not use these terms.
