Details

It is possible to appeal some decisions made by the regulator. Before completing the appeal form you should read the information contained in the appeals scheme.

In addition to the appeals scheme, the regulator has a separate complaints process. Under the complaints procedure those who are dissatisfied with the level of service we have provided can raise their concerns. This includes any complaints in relation to consumer regulation referrals.
