Details

These open general export licences (OGEL) allow the export of a range of dual-use (has a civilian and military application) goods, software and technology for tasks or hydrographic surveys in support of contracts within the oil and gas industry. This extends to a wide range of destinations, but is subject to certain conditions and restrictions.

  1. Open general export licence (oil and gas exploration: dual-use items) has been revised to clarify that it is available for registration.
