Low-carbonLow carbon heat networks are critical technologies for decarbonising heat. To meet the UK’s legally-bindinglegally binding climate targets, thousands more heat network professionals will need to learn to design, install and maintain these technologies.

The Heat Training Grant will support trainees in England taking short training courses relevant to heat networks. Training providers offering the grant will be able to provide trainees with a discount or rebate of up to £500.

The grant will begin in 2023, following the conclusion of the Home Decarbonisation Skills Training Competition. AWe will publish a list of training providers andat informationa aboutlater howdate once the competition has concluded.
