  1. Updated to reflect that HTQs started from September 2023 are eligible for the higher education student finance offer.

  2. The 'Funding' section has been updated with guidance for Ofqual-regulated awarding organisations on working with providers that deliver through the higher education student finance system. The amount of funding available via the skills injection fund has changed.
