You will be able to register for a grant using the online application form until all available places have been allocated. If there are no places left for this financial year when you submit the first online application form, you will be added to a waiting list.

  1. We've updated the conditions of grant for the 2023 to 2024 financial year. Eligible schools and colleges can now apply for a second grant, if the senior mental health lead previously trained left their settings before embedding a whole school or college approach to mental health and wellbeing.

  2. We have added the 'Senior mental health lead training: conditions of grant for the 2023 to 2024 financial year' document and updated the form guidance documents to reflect the 2023 to 2024 financial year.

  3. We've updated the 'Senior mental health lead training: conditions of grant for the 2022 to 2023 financial year' and the 'Step 2: senior mental health lead training guidance for completing the confirmation of booking quality assured training form' to reflect the automated process to access the second grant application form.
