This guidance assistshelps people into implementingimplement and complyingcomply with the Haiti (Sanctions) Regulations 2022. It covers the prohibitions and requirements imposed by the regulations. It also provides guidance on best practice for:

• enforcing them
• circumstances where they do not apply
