EAS note: Direct engagement models of introduction in the recruitment sector

This note sets out the view of the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate (EAS) on how the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 may apply to the use of direct engagement models of introduction in the recruitment sector.
