Updated chapter S4 JSA Sanctions – General principles. The changes include: an addition of a new paragraph and renumbering at S4001 to S4005 to assist in understanding of how the Welfare Reform Act 2012 amended the Jobseekers Act 1995. Throughout the chapter all legal references changed to refer to the Jobseekers Act 1995 and not the Welfare Reform Act. An additional paragraph about hardship has been added at S4005. These changes are listed in the summary of changes.
