  1. Amended to include the outcome of cases heard in court between Thursday 28 November and Monday 16 December 2024.

  4. Following the Chief Magistrate’s ruling in August, we are expecting the rest of the impacted cases to be listed for hearings between Thursday 28 November and Monday 16 December 2024 at Westminster Magistrates’ Court.

  6. Removed reference to list of train companies being subject to minor amendments. This list is now finalised.
