Designated export place (DEP) codes for Data Element 5/23 of the Customs Declaration Service

Find a list of codes which can be used in Data Element 5/23 to identify the location where the goods may be declared for export at a designated export place (DEP) (Appendix 16K).

Details

A list of the codes which may be used in Data Element 5/23 to identify the location where the goods may be declared for export at a designated export place (DEP).

Using the relevant codes from the list, enter the location where the goods are held at the time of making the declaration.

The code for the location to be declared in Data Element 5/23 is shown in column C.

  1. The format of the table has been updated to include a new column to indicate whether or not the location is in Northern Ireland.

  10. 3 new codes added for Malca-Amit (U.K.) Limited, IBI International Limited and Davies Turners & Co Ltd.

  12. A small correction has been made to the 'Details' section on the landing page. No code information has been altered.

  14. Codes GBAUCWYLGWXBB and GBAUSLLLHRXBB have had a name change from Allport Cargo Services Ltd to EV Cargo Global Forwarding Ltd. Code GBAUMANMANXBB has been removed.

  16. The address for UPS SCS (UK) Ltd code GBAUPLELHRXDC has been updated.

  18. GBAUSNZMANMQX has been added for Maersk Logistics and Services Ltd in Altrincham and GBAUCMTTYNUBD has been added for Lubbers UK Ltd in Cramlington.

  20. Designated export place (DEP) code Worldnet International Limited (GBAUCBRLHRXAZ) in Colnbrook has been added.

  22. DEP codes removed for Charles Kendall Freight Ltd in Manchester and Kent.

  24. The DEP codes GBAUBRFMANXCJ and GBAULAILONXAM have been removed.

  26. Addition to DEP location code for Priority Freight Ltd at Dover.

  28. The address details for James Cargo Services Ltd at Heathrow have been updated.

  30. This page has been updated to remove UPS SCS (UK) Ltd at Heston and Hatton Cross.

  32. This page has been updated to show the name change of Nagel Langdons Limited, Dover to Stef Langdons Ltd, Dover.
