This resource book contains the information you need for reference during Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) level 2 and 3 exams.

The exam resource book is dated AugustFebruary 20242025 and in the interests of fairness to exam candidates, IAA assessment questions will be based on the law contained within these documents at the time of writing.

    3. The Resource Book has been updated to include minor amendments to the Immigration Rules from Statement of Changes HC334 (effective 26 November 2024, 18 December 2024, and 4 February 2025). It also reflects changes from HC217 (effective 2 January 2025, 18 February 2025, and due 11 March 2025).
