We’ve added 3.5 Supplies of marine fuel to commercial ships and vessels which involve a dry broker not located in the UK. We have clarified sections: 2.1, 2.3, 2.5, 5.2, 5.3 and Appendix D Buying groups and machine rings. In Appendix B we’ve clarified when plant hire companies need approval.
