Purchase price definition updated to reflect change to rules on interpolation family variants.

Portal user responsibilities section updated to reflect what to do when a dealer leaves the business or moves to a different dealership.

The plug-in car grant is no longer available with the exception of wheelchair accessible vehicles.

Guidance amended for new rates of £2,500 for small vans and £5,000 for large vans and 1,000 order limit per end customer. This update also adds a wheelchair accessible vehicle grant limit section and a definition of linked enterprises.

The guidance has been updated to reflect the changes to the plug-in grant schemes announced on 18 March 2021.

Removal of paragraph 2.8, which was duplicated in paragraph 3.2. Clarification that rebates were included as a discount for calculating purchase price which can be found in paragraphs 3.2 and 3.3. Update to the grant rates given on the template invoice in Annex A.
