Find a customs agent or express operator to help you with import and export declarations.

It can be complicated to submit import and export declarations, so you may want to use a company which specialises in this area.

Businesses on these lists are not vetted, approved or recommended by HMRC. The information is provided to HMRC by the customs agents and express operators, and HMRC does not verify or guarantee how current or accurate it is.

The customs agents and express operators that hold UK Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) are listed alphabetically at the top of the registers, and those without a UK AEO are listed beneath.

If your business offers customs services and you would like to be listed on one, or both, of the registers, email customsagentstrainingproviders@hmrc.gov.uk.

You can also use this email address to tell us if you want to:

  • add or change business details on the registers
  • remove business details from the registers

This is a free service. HMRC will not email you asking for payment to be added to (or to remain on) the register. If you receive a suspicious email about being on the register, you should report it to HMRC as well as emailing customsagentstrainingproviders@hmrc.gov.uk immediately.
