Changed to using diagnosis date (definition included) instead of onset date to define close contacts and the 10-day post-exposure period. Clarified actions required within 10 days of exposure and for the 30-day surveillance period, and that actions should be undertaken for both confirmed and probable cases. Added Clarithromycin as a second line choice for chemoprophylaxis.
