The guidance on the Social Security (Coronavirus) (Prisoners) Regulations 2020 in DMG memo 7/20 has been updated. This is because the period for which the regulations remain in force has been extended to a period of 14 months from 13 March 2020. The guidance on the Social Security (Coronavirus) (Further Measures) Regulations 2020 in DMG memo 6/20 has been updated. This is because the period for which the regulations remain in force has been extended to 30 April 2021 for the Universal Credit (UC) Minimum Income Floor provisions, and 12 May 2021 for the Jobseeker's Allowance (JSA) and Carer's Allowance provisions.
