Phase 3 of the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme isScheme is providing over £1.8£1.425 billion of grant funding over the financial years 2022 to 2023 to 2025 to 2026,2026. throughIt multiplesupports applicationthe windows:aim of reducing emissions from public sector buildings by 75% by 2037, compared to a 2017 baseline.
Phase 3c has up to £230 million available in 2024 to 2025. We will confirm the budget for 2025 to 2026 though applicants should assume a broadly balanced profile across 2024 to 2025 and 2025 to 2026:
- Phase 3c closed to new applications in November 2023
- Phase 3b closed to new applications in November
