Section 6.21 (HM Treasury debt exception) amended to clarify that the reference in the exception to an obligation owed by HM Treasury to a UN DP should also include an obligation owed by any other person to the UN DP in respect of HM Treasury debt.

Guidance amended to include reference for inclusion of designated persons subject to the reporting requirements in Regulation 38A of the Belarus Regulations and monetary penalties for breaches of reporting obligations.

A correction has been made in relation to section 4.1 Ownership and control. Specifically, text in the second example has been corrected to reflect the exercise of control between Person A and Person B.

Definitions for extraordinary situations and extraordinary expenses in OFSI’s approach to licensing grounds section amended.
