Updated to reflect the inclusion of hantavirus in the list of conditions for which no charge can be made (schedule 1), including how charges should be treated from 1 May 2026. It also includes details about exempting overseas visitors who require schedule 1 treatment or diagnosis, where the Secretary of State has agreed or funded the means of transport to the UK for that purpose.
