Abstract

This study uses the CLEWs (Climate, Land, Energy, and Water Systems) framework and OSeMOSYS (Open Source Energy Modelling System) tool. It explores 2 scenarios, the business-as-usual scenario and the scenario of achieving zero CO2 emissions by the power sector by 2050.

This work is part of the Climate Compatible Growth programme.
