The government has issued a response to volume 1 of the Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry report.
Chaired by Sir Wyn Williams, a former High Court judge, the inquiry aims to examine the failures of the Horizon IT system, which led to the wrongful suspension, termination, and prosecution of sub-postmasters over more than 2 decades.
