The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has published its updated guidance on jurisdiction and procedure (CMA2) and updated Merger Notice template.

We have also made associated changes to our guidance on the CMA’s mergers intelligence function (CMA56).

We have updated these documents to reflect changes to the CMA’s mergers process, embedding our ‘4Ps’ framework (pace, predictability, process and proportionality).
