A collection of the Disclosure and Barring Service's (DBS) Privacy Policies in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Our Privacy Policies explain how we will use your personal data within each of our services and outline your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation.
It is important that you read the relevant Privacy Policies before you submit an application to the DBS. If you are using a Responsible Organisation or Registered Body, they must record that you have read any Privacy Policies that are relevant to your application.
