When you sign in to HMRC services there will be an option to select:

• GOV.UK One Login — you currently cannot sign in using an existing GOV.UK One Login created for a different government service

You will automatically be asked to create a GOV.UK One Login. It will not happen for everyone at the same time, and you do not need to do anything unless we ask you to. to.
