On 5 May 2023 the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs announced their decision to approve the proposals for lengths FFB2 and FFB3. Their decision is outlined in this notice.
On 3 May 2024 the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs announced their decision to approve the proposals for lengths FFB1, FFB4, FFB5 and FFB6. Their decision is outlined in this notice.
The Secretary of State has also made available a copy of the reports given to them by the Appointed Person relating to objections made about this stretch.
On 19 November 2025, the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs approved the variation proposals for Sutton Hoo and Methersgate, Suffolk (VR23). Their decision is outlined in the notice.
