Detail of outcome
Ministers agreed to the applicant’s request for exemption, in the terms of the application for the order, having taken into account the feedback received, including from Disabled Persons Transport Advisory Committee. The exemption order was issued accordingly, with an accompanying note. The order was made 1 July 2025, coming into force 2 July 2025.
All comments received from the consultation were provided to the applicant and are recorded in the accompanying note.
