This Code of Practice is in the process of being withdrawn, to reflect the repeal of the Strikes (Minimum Service Levels) Act 2023.
This code of practice provides practical guidance for trade unions on the ’reasonable steps’ they should take to be compliant with section 234E of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 (as inserted by the Strikes (Minimum Service Levels) Act 2023).
