Details

The Secretary of State for Business and Trade has accepted a recommendation made by the Trade Remedies Authority (TRA). The secretary is giving effect to that recommendation, under s.13(2) and paragraph 20(5)(a) of Schedule 4 of the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 2018 to apply a definitive anti-dumping duty on Optical Fibre Cables originating in the People’s Republic of China.
