The inspection response letter follows the HM Inspectorate of Prisons independent review of progress at Foston Hall - published January 2026.

The action plan is the HMPPS and MoJ response to the HM Inspectorate of Prisons inspection of HMP/YOI Foston Hall – published April 2025.
