You need to complete a Land Transfer and Amendment (LTA1) form if you want to:
amend,transfer addland or remove agreement options from your Environmental Stewardship (ES) agreement
take overto landa fromnew someoneowner, else’swhere existingthe ESnew agreement
removeowner landintends fromto yourcontinue the agreementchangetake prescriptionsover orland indicatorsfrom ofsomeone successelse’s (forexisting Higher Level Stewardship (HLSES) agreementsagreement only)
putif land into phased organic conversion (for organic agreements only)
enter non-agreement land into the agreement (inis exceptional circumstances for HLS agreements only)continuing
You’ll need to receive written approval from us before you make any of your proposed changes, as these aren’t automatically accepted.
Your form is specific to your agreement. You only need to complete the sections which apply to the changes that you want to make.
When you return your form, include all supporting documents. This will help us make a decision on your agreement quickly.
