This policy framework updates and replaces PSI 10/2015 Management and Security of E-List Prisoners. It contains mandatory actions, guidance and supporting annexes to ensure that E-List prisoners are effectively identified, assessed, reviewed, supervised and escorted in order to mitigate the risk of escape they pose.
This policy framework applies to all prisons that hold any category of E-List prisoner.
