Manage your education estate

This service is for people who are responsible for looking after school and college buildings, land and facilities.

Use this service to:

• find resources and guidance to help you manage your estate
• view data about the condition of your estate
• view your funding allocations
• explore Department for Education (DfE) funding opportunities
• read updates about estate management policy, guidance and more

You need a DfE Sign-in account to use this service.

Access for responsible bodies

If you work at a responsible body such as a diocese, further education college corporation, local authority or trust, you need to:

• add your organisation to your DfE Sign-in account, (find out how to add organisations to your account)
• add your organisation to the ‘Manage your education estate’ service, (find out how to add a service)

You will then be able to view data and information that is specific to your responsible body.
