NOTE

It is important that failedyou ortell defaulted,us followedwhether bythe anotherbusiness has had previous insolvency suchproceedings. asExamples of this may be:

  • a Windingfailed/defaulted UpCVA Orderleading (WUO)to oranother Creditors’type Voluntaryof Liquidationinsolvency (CVL)(e.g. WUO, CVL)
  • a completed CVA followed by another type of insolvency (for(e.g. example the business completedcompletes the CVA but didis still not returnin a solvent position, so leading to solvency)another insolvency proceeding)
  • an administrationadministration/admin or administrative receivership followed by a WUO
  • a WUO followed by a receiverreceiver/manager orappointment managerfollowed appointment,by thena another WUO

    Providing information to submitemployees

    It formsis RP14your responsibility to give the case reference number and RP14Athe RP1 factsheet .to Doall notemployees submitthat theseare formseligible withoutto apply to us for a payment.

    Employees need the case reference number.number to submit a claim. This should not be issued to dismissed employees until the date of your appointment.

    Providing employee information to the Insolvency Service

    IfProvide required,us therewith isan RP14 and RP14A once we have given you the case reference number. Do not submit an RP14 and RP14A without the case reference number. This will reduce the risk of duplicating a specificcase.

    We pagecannot process any claims until these forms have been received.

    • more than 250 redundancies
    • TUPE transfers
    • multiple insolvency events for the same company (* see point 4 above)
    • new sale negotiations
    • further rounds of insolvencies
    • significant updates to RP14RP14/RP14A or RP14A information
    • any other significant factor, such as if the insolvency is high-profile or likely to attract media interest
