Eurovision  song contest 2026

Eurovision will take place in Vienna from 10 May to 17 May 2026. If you are attending:

  • sign up to get email updates on our travel advice for Austria
  • download the official Eurovision app and check the official Eurovision and Vienna Tourism Board websites to stay informed of anything that might affect your travel or plans whilst in Austria

Tickets

Only purchase tickets through the official ticketing platform. For more information, check the Eurovision 2026 website. Tickets for Eurovision song contest 2026 events are digital only. You must present your ticket on your mobile phone at the venue, together with valid photo ID.

At the venue

Expect to undergo a security check before entering the official Eurovision venue at Wiener Stadthalle. The authorities will be enforcing a bag ban at all shows. Only small personal items such as a wallet, mobile phone or keys are allowed. For more details, check the ticket FAQs on the Eurovision website.

Security checks and restrictions may also apply at official fan zones, including the Eurovision Village. For further information on access and security, check the Vienna Tourism Board website and Security Plan.
