Amend your county parish holding (CPH) details

Amend the country parish holding details held by the Rural Payments Agency.

Applies to England

You can use this service to:

  • add or remove land to or from your CPH number
  • update the livestock you keep
  • request another CPH number
  • request confirmation of your CPH number
  • close your CPH number

The Rural Payments Agency (RPA) will ask you to provide a date for the amendment to take effect from. This must be within 6 weeks of today’s date.

Before you start

To amend your CPH details, you’ll need to provide:

  • your single business identifier (SBI)
  • your customer reference number (CRN)
  • your CPH number
  • where you’ll keep livestock

After you’ve applied

You should get confirmation by email within 10 working days. It may take longer during busy periods, or if the information you provided is incorrect.

The email will also include your SBI and CRN to use when contacting RPA in the future.
