The UKCN is a forum of the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and all the 8 UK regulators that have powers to apply competition law in their sectors concurrently with the CMA.
This tablepage provides details of public cases which are currently beingbeing, or have been, undertaken in the regulated sectors by by UKCN members members under the Competition Act 1998.1998 since 2014.
