This explanatory memorandum is about a Commission Regulation (EU) 2026/361 of 19 February 2026 amending Regulation (EU) No 582/2011 as regards the emissions type-approval of heavy-duty vehicles with on-board fuel and energy consumption monitoring devices.

It was submitted by Simon Lightwood MP, Minister for Roads and Buses, Department for Transport.
