Details

These documents set out the terms and conditions for offshore wind developers when using the MRF.

You will enter into the conditional agreement if you apply to the MRF before you have consent for your development. When you have this consent, you will then enter into the MRF contract with the standard terms and conditions for applicants entered into a conditional agreement.

If you apply to the MRF when you already have consent for your development, you will only be required to enter into the MRF contract with the standard terms and conditions for post-consent applicants.

Each contract has accompanying schedules. You can request a copy of a schedule by emailing MRF@defra.gov.uk.
