This is the first Cloud Challenge Book from the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT). It has been developed by the Government Digital Service (GDS) and the Government Commercial Agency (GCA), in collaboration with the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) and the Government Cyber Unit (GCU).
It presents 5 key challenges relating to digital infrastructure in the UK, including legacy modernisation, digital infrastructure for an AI era, secure and resilient cloud, skills, and delivering commercial value at a national scale.
This Challenge Book invites current and future industry partners to invest and innovate with government to address these challenges.
