Consultation description

The Department for Education is proposing changes to Keeping children safe in education.

The statutory guidance sets out:

  • what schools and colleges should do
  • the legal duties that they must comply with to keep children safe

We have listed the main proposed changes in annex D of the draft statutory guidance document.
