RSH adds Rentplus Homes Limited to gradings under review list
If the Regulator of Social Housing is investigating a landlord due to suspected serious failings, it may place them on the gradings under review list.
The Regulator of Social Housing has placed Rentplus Homes Limited on its gradings under review (GUR) list today (Tuesday 18 August 2026).
RSH is currently investigating matters which may indicate serious failings in the landlord delivering the outcomes of the Governance and Financial Viability Standard.
The Milton Keynes-based landlord has fewer than 1,000 social housing units and does not therefore have grades.

If RSH is investigating a landlord due to suspected serious failings, it may place them on the gradings under review list. This is likely to be where engagement is ongoing and RSH thinks it is appropriate to alert stakeholders to the fact that it has serious concerns about that landlord’s delivery of the standards outcomes, which it is investigating.
