Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project - Advice on working with public bodies in the infrastructure planning process Annexes

These annexes are co-authored with the individual public bodies that they relate to. They do not currently reflect the amendments to the Planning Act 2008 process introduced by the Planning and Infrastructure Act 2025. Over the coming months we will be working with these public bodies to align content with the updated legal and guidance framework.
